2. Test Drive Booking Fees

Test drive bookings are a paid service for scheduling and preparation.

Important Clarification:
  • This fee is not a deposit
  • It is not related to vehicle ownership or purchase price
  • It is non-transferable
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted if:

  • The booking is cancelled by MH SMART MOTORS LTD
  • The service cannot be delivered due to circumstances within our control
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Failure to attend without notice
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice
  • Customer-related scheduling conflicts

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Additional rescheduling may require a new booking

4. Car Accessories – Returns

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving the product.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • In resalable condition

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrect:
