This Delivery Policy outlines how MH SMART MOTORS LTD fulfils orders and services purchased through our website. It applies to both physical products (car accessories) and service-based bookings (test drive appointments).


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or UK public holidays
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email after successful checkout

We currently offer delivery to:

  • Selected countries within Europe

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination. If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be notified before order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size
  • Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges for European deliveries are the responsibility of the customer

6. Tracking & Fulfilment

  • Tracking details will be provided where available
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional charges

7. Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The order is marked as delivered by the courier, or
  • The item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.


8. Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance processes
  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is believed to be lost:

10. Service Delivery – Test Drive Booking

Test drive bookings are classified as a service, not a physical delivery.

After payment:

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email
  • Appointment details (time, location, and vehicle) will be provided

11. Appointment Conditions

  • Test drives are available within the London area unless otherwise agreed
  • Customers must attend at the scheduled time
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time or cancellation

12. Missed Appointments

  • Missed appointments without prior notice may not be rescheduled without an additional fee
  • Rebooking is subject to availability
